Instead of mounting one or more Transporters to each die, the PSKS features one unit only – mounted directly to the face of the bolster. A heightadjustable mounting bracket allows flexible usage with multiple tools and dies. The only extra thing needed will be scrap trays in different sizes
On the left and right end of the system, heightadjustable brackets with linear bearings support a crossmounted aluminum profile. The profile is fastened with standardized clamping brackets and will transfer the motion over the whole width
Numerous trays can be mounted. Two rugged nylon Ushape clamps are permanently fastened to each of the trays.
The fasteners are designed to slide and fit snug onto the aluminum profile so that exchanging of trays is just a matter of seconds. The length and width of the tray is determined by the size of the die slot.

Centrifugal disc finishing units from the TT...SM range have an attached screening machine and integrated hopper for abrasive media. After processing the workpieces, the entire unit pivots by 135° to separate the abrasive media and workpiece mass on the screening machine.

Das Model TIS-FD-08 ist ein weit durchstimmbarer Ti:Saphir Laser mit integrierter Intracavity-Frequenzverdopplung. Dieser kosteneffizienter CW Laser erzeugt schmale Linie und findet seine Anwendung in der Spektroskopie von Halbleitermaterialien und anderen Bereichen.
Die Wellenlänge der Fundamentalwelle des Lasers lässt sich im Bereich 700-950 nm und die der zweiten Harmonischen im Bereich 350-475 nm durchstimmen. Die Linienbreite beträgt dabei 0,05 nm bis 0,01 nm.
Der schmalbandige Laser kann auch in der kombinierten Konfiguration Ti:Sa + Dye (Modell TIS / DYE-FD-08) angefertigt werden, die eine Erweiterung der fundamentalen Strahlung auf 550-700 nm, sowie der zweiten Harmonischen auf 275-350 nm ermöglicht.
